latest trial and error in the kitchen. the citrus prawn-courtesy of Mrs Martin, made it for dinner with the apple-tomato salad and the'diet' version of nasi minyak-less ghee, add raisins and sliced almonds.
Citrus Prawn
350gm prawns
1/2 tablespoon orange peel
1/2 tablespoon grapefruit peel
1/2 tablespoon lemon peel
4 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon fresh mint leaf
1/2 teaspoon sugar
salt to taste
Marinate for 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Grill or pan-fried-make sure your pan is non-stick.
Yummy.
p.s: Use lime peel if grapefruit not available.
