i was so much younger. i couldnt appreciate the taste but i loved the texture. tiny 'pops' in the mouth. so, anyone out there with abundance of these and needed some help to finish it up?
for the past months, i have been nuts with these kacang... but our affair was only for a short period. bro B was in Duba1 for only a short time before being posted to Ch1na, therefore there was no one to bring us together again. however, i couldnt appreciate the gelato version. tasted weird, like accidentally gulped down a spoonful of liquid detergent...
i missed the days of bro B giving me a box of this every month... now that he is no longer based in honolulu, which was soooo much cheaper to purchase this by the bulk... be1jing takde coklat best lah! and two pieces of this in the local grocery store cost more than the roti wholemeal!
this was a treat. Bonda used to cut this to smaller pieces so we can share it after our meals. it was just for the two of us...
hmmm... pisang goreng, pisang emas, pisang salai, kerepek pisang...
